Job Description

·         Recruitment and retention of Saudi staff 

·         Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

·         Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

·         Employee yearly performance appraisal management

·         Nurture a positive working environment

·       Assess training needs of Saudi staff and organize and conduct training workshop on a regular interval.

·         Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

·         Monitor all legal formalities of new staffs (Medical, Iqama Issuance, Sponsorship change, Insurance, Baladiya.. Etc)

·         Monitor staff’s Iqama renewal, Insurance renewal,  profession change, reentry and exit
