Charterhouse is working with a prestigious and well-established Saudi organisation who is looking to hire a Director of Performance and Rewards. (Saudi National Only).

This role holder is responsible for managing the development and implementation of performance practices, rewards schemes and interventions with the aim to institutionalise and maintain a high-performance culture, improve organisational effectiveness and reduce performance issues.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years experience. It is essential you are a Saudi National who is Degree educated in Human Resources, Business Management or a relevant field.
