  • Facilitate all culture and engagement initiatives in the regions including Employee Engagement Surveys administration and post action planning
  • Facilitate all HR operations and ensure alignment with policy.
  • Support, coach and provide guidance to business lines in people related matters.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Facilitate the onboarding and induction of new hires in the region
  • Facilitate people cycles incorporation with the process owner including : Performance Management, Talent Management and training needs.
