§ Provide continuous technical trainings for Technicians.
§ Provide needed field support for Technicians.
§ Audit Technicians to make sure Boecker® standards and procedures are implemented.
§ Visit clients with technical problems.
§ Analyze call backs, report to management, discuss with team and take necessary steps to reduce call Backs to meet the set KPI.
§ Issue a trend report of call back analysis every 6 months.
§ Write and communicate technical instructions to the Technical Unit Team.
§ Cooperate with all Operations Units to improve the quality output of the operations.
§ Prepare bait stations map.
§ Prepare and analyze audit and trend reports.
§ Identify insects and prepare technical report accordingly.
