1. To have Tool Kit (Safety) Meeting every day before starting the work.
2. To Log the daily activity and problems faces in Daily Activity Diary.
3.To collect the consumable materials or tools required form Bazy W/ house one day before the activity.
4. To pick the materials form Customer W/house one day before the activity if required.
5. To be in Customer W/House at before duty start time to pick up the material if required and to be on site gate at duty start time if no material pickup is required. T o call Supervisor/PM to get the timing noted.
6. To report mobilization, site access, Work Permit, and financial issues by phone to Supervisor/PM.
