The Role:

 

This is an exciting role for a Cosmetics Assistant Buyer. Reporting to the Cosmetics Buyer you will be responsible for assisting them in the management of the Cosmetics department within Boots stores across Saudi Arabia. 

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

* Managing stock distribution throughout the market

 

* Building excellent relationships with suppliers

 

* Supporting the Merchandiser with product listings and discontinuation plans

* Producing sales reports for the Senior Buyer

 

* Managing department invoicing

 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

 

You will have/be:

 

* Minimum 2 years' retail experience in an assistant role

 

* Good command of both English and Arabic (both written and verbal)

 

* Concern for business efficiency

 

* Excellent communication skills

 

* Customer understanding

 

* Analytical thinking

 

* Thoroughness and attention to detail

 

* Proficient use of all Microsoft Office software
