Excellent cook - Creates and invents new Dishes and teaches the cooks how to replicate and make sure that the dishes are being prepared as of the required standards and quantities.

Knowledge of HACCP  Multi Cultural Quizines Min 5 Years in a similar role Costing Recipe Creation and caluclation calculate Quantities review flash cost report and make sure within budgeted cost for food Problem Solvng Kitchen productivity and effeciency Oversee quality of delivered goods as per approved standards Menu Creation Food presentation hiring or training food preparation workers, maintaining an inventory of food supplies, following a food budget, doing purchase orders, reporting to the head restaurateur, and completing other administrative tasks in their office.
