Main Job Purpose
Provide general advice and information to customers related to the devices, their usage, benefits, features…etc. Ensure store readiness, maximize the sales opportunities, maintain guests satisfaction and store compliance to achieve the set objectives and KPIs. AccountabilitiesHealth & Safety:
• Clarify the home health care products features, specifications and benefits to the customers based on the analysis of the customers’ requirements in order to maintain the customers’ satisfaction and to achieve the sales targets.• Comply with the Health and Safety policy & procedures (including safety guidelines) and any other required operational standards in order to maintain safe environment in the store.• Educate customers on proper handling of medical equipment (e.g. glucose meters) designed for home use by providing information and additional sources of reference (e.g. user manual) to ensure safe and appropriate use of equipment Stores Management:
• Perform the payments and sales processes on Point of Sales (POS) and determine accuracy of payment process to ensure compliance with financial requirements and internal processes.• Accomplish upsell and cross-sell opportunities through understanding needs and proposing appropriate products in order to achieve the set targets. • Comply with the agreed duties schedule in alignment with the other Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable at a store level (e.g. loyalty program registration – warranty service – E-Commerce transactions … etc.). • Ensure store readiness and comply with the internal readiness guidelines (e.g. uniforms, name tags, store readiness –item arrangement – display guidelines ,temperature & storage conditions etc.) in order to ensure effective daily operations along with professional look and feel at store level.• Provide continuous market and customer feedback to the Store Manager in order to generate sales opportunities and benefits. Collaboration:• Perform the commercial and the marketing activities within the store (e.g. promotion and any other activities) to ensure compliance with the corporate direction.Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
