Requirements
- Saudi Nationals
- 10+ years of experience in the design or any creative industry
- Extensive experience in managing team members and resources
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to stick to assigned deadlines and budget

Responsibilities
Project Management
- Be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within Adhlal (including working with 3rd parties) from the initial ideation through to completion.
- Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
- Manage the creative team to successfully reach social media goals and KPIs
- Create and Implement yearly strategies and help the team implement them effectively
- Oversee the day-to-day work and collaborate with the team
- Understand and analyze needs, and develop briefs and tactics accordingly to meet business goals
- Be responsible and accountable for Adhlal's digital channels to ensure proper brand communication with different stakeholders
- Manage the creative team and ensure their successful delivery in an excellent and timely manner
Reporting and Analytical Decisions
- Adopt professional project management processes along with a project management tool to ensure projects and task are trackable and running smoothly
- Monitor and manage project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned - scope, budget, and schedule
- Proactively identify risks and issues on projects and lead team to develop risk management and issues management plans
- Use Google Analytics and other measuring tools to provide reports on metrics and social media performance, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through constant testing and taking on new initiatives
- Create social media reports that include a list of the numbers referring to the important numbers and KPIs such as (engagement rates, number of followers, comparative numbers, benchmarking, etc..) along with thorough analysis that explains the change in numbers
Organizational and Operational Leadership
- Create a process to ensure work flows smoothly within the team
- Plan the team’s schedule and assign weekly tasks
- Oversee operations and excellent delivery of tasks in a timely manner
- Manage and train the team to enhance their skills and improve their performance
