Job Description:
The Business Account Executive will drive revenue growth through acquiring new clients, developing methods of better serving existing clients, and managing the operational aspects of each account under him/her.
As Business Account Executive, you will be instrumental in overall sales productivity & resource utilization. On occasion, as part of our ongoing effort to listen to our employees and improve our methods, you will be requested to improve on key metrics for reporting. Depending on your effort and commercial initiative, your role will take you on a broad spectrum of special projects, which you can ultimately be Director to, if you perform with excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Undertake any task assigned by the General Manager
o Client acquisition
o Client retention
o Contract development
o Drafting of proposals
o Managing upstream providers, especially those related to your current account
o Organizing & managing resources to achieve objectives & targets
o Operating within budget & identifying cost control methods to decrease operating costs
o Developing & following procedures
o Ensuring QHSE policies are followed in all your operations
o Monthly reviews of existing client contracts & improving how Pivot Logistics serves them
o Follow & communicate reporting models provided by PL to track success/ failure of efforts
