Job Description

  • Organize and manage shifts as per our internal organization chart unnecessary.
  • Organize the flow in and out of the material.
  • Receive material at the receiving area.
  • Prepare and lead Inventory monthly auditing.
  • Responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials.
  • Maintaining inventory and stock records of primary FMCG center store.
  • Maintain good communication between the stores’ staff and other departments for routine activities.
  • Maintain and comply with established company policies and standards.
  • Work as safekeeping, GMP, personnel practices, security, record-keeping procedures.
  • Ensure maintenance, cleaning and store appearance is up to company standards.
  • Expired and near to expiry stock report.
  • Control and monitor store daily activities related to receive, issue & transfer of materials.
  • Ensure DMR (Daily Material Receive) report with DN forward.
  • Coordinate with concern QC for inspection of materials
  • To ensure proper hand over report of store personnel transfer.

Logistics & Procurement:

  • Organize orders delivery and prepare proper documentation for each and every salesmen and customers.
  • Check the quantity of each delivery and confirm it matches as per the approved.
  • Check the quality of the material we are preparing even before the QC Comply with the delivery schedule issued by the transportation manager.
  • Report, DN (from the system)
  • Report, Crimping material (from the system)
  • Check and approve inflow material versus PO and approving it on the system
  • Prepare MRN and delivery balance report on the system.
  • Offloading containers and segregating material with the team and reporting it to procurement ( along with procurement presence)
  • Prepare Coated material, manage and plan trips as per the general delivery and crimping schedule.

Requirements & Skills:

  •  Strong personality and Ethical.
  • Answers clients claims properly and maintain rule policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Diploma or Vocational training in a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in store management & store keeping.
  • Good command in English and Arabic read, write and speak.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
