Job Description

To conduct various recruitment activities that will provide line managers with a suitable pools; of applicants from which to select and recruit.

  1. Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences.
  2. Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments to reach to the required candidates.
  3. Checks candidates’ references with their previous employers to ensure candidate suitability.
  4. Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
  5. Executes pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for junior &mid-level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
  6. Submitscandidates’ offers and follow up on software until placing.
  7. Supports HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress to keep track of recruitment.
  8. Builds plan for workforce supply and demand to satisfy the staffing needs.
  9. Deals with government agencies sites to perform the needed requirements in terms of (Iqama renewal, civil defense, Zakah, municipal certificates. 
  10. Ensures all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
  11. Supervises the keeping of recruitment records, and maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions for reducing the recruitment cycle to the minimum.
  12. Follows and take actions to fulfil the all kinds of vacations for staff
  13. Any tasks related to his job.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional HR diploma with a bachelor degree in related field
  • 3-4 years’ experience in Recruitment (Min)
  • 7+ with the last two years as a recruitment specialist in multinational company, or solid experience and excellent track records that are filled with achievements (Preferred)


  • Change management capabilities 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to people.

  • Strong initiative and solid judgment skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • Computer literate

  • Good Organizational skills.
