Job Description

Main Roles & Responsibilities

  • Defining projects WBS in line with the project scope and reflecting project phases and life cycle
  • Develop and Maintain detailed projects and programs schedules and monitor progress and report variances
  • Work with and support Project Delivery Teams for on time-based planning
  • Establishes schedule controls in line with governance framework
  • Manages project schedule risks, issues opportunities and escalating where necessary.
  • Compile and analyze reports such as cashflow, scheduled vs budgeted hours, utilization, actuals report, and various forecasts
  • Continuously recommend scheduling process improvements
  • Effectively troubleshoot and solve scheduling conflicts, escalating when necessary

Skills

Skills and Qualifications



Minimum of 3 years related-work experience as a project scheduler
Good analytical and planning skills.
Proficiency in the use of project scheduling software especially MS project
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications
Preferred to have PMP Certificate or equivalent
Must have good attention to details.
