Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan and oversee the execution of mystery shopping programs for clients.
- Coordinate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of mystery shoppers, ensuring quality and consistency in their work.
- Provide guidance, training, and feedback to shoppers to improve their performance.
Client Relations:
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze mystery shopping data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights to clients.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for mystery shopping projects.
- Perform audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in mystery shopping or market research.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of the mystery shopping industry and related tools/software is a plus.
