II. Position Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning and Execution

(1) Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans for poultry equipment based on the company's strategic goals and ensure effective implementation.

(2) Responsible for the marketing and sales of poultry equipment to achieve established sales targets and performance indicators.

2. Market Development and Customer Relationship Management

(1) Develop potential customer markets such as poultry farming companies and farmers to explore new business opportunities.

(2) Establish and maintain customer relationships, deeply understand customer needs, and provide customers with personalized egg poultry/meat poultry/livestock equipment solutions.

(3) Responsible for customer follow-up, negotiation, contract signing and after-sales service coordination, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promote long-term customer cooperation.

3. Product Knowledge and Sales Strategy

(1) Deeply learn and master the product knowledge, performance, advantages, etc. of egg poultry equipment in order to provide professional introduction and promotion to customers. (2) Analyze market dynamics and competitor situations, formulate corresponding sales strategies, and improve the market competitiveness of the company's egg poultry equipment.

(3) Collect market feedback information and promptly feedback to relevant departments within the company to provide a basis for product optimization and research and development.

4. Teamwork and training

Work closely with the company's internal technical department, after-sales service department, etc. to ensure that comprehensive and high-quality services are provided to customers.

Job requirements

1. Educational background

(1) Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, marketing, mechanical engineering, etc. preferred.

2. Work experience

(1) More than 2 years of sales work experience, with experience in poultry equipment or similar agricultural equipment sales preferred. Animal husbandry-related industries such as feed, animal health, vaccines, etc. may be considered.

(2) Have certain market development and customer management experience, and those familiar with the poultry farming industry are preferred.

3. Skill requirements

(1) Have excellent communication skills, business negotiation skills, and customer relationship management skills.

(2) Have good market analysis and sales strategy formulation capabilities. (3) Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office.

4. Competencies

(1) Have a high sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm, and be able to withstand high work pressure.

(2) Have good learning and adaptability, and be able to quickly grasp new knowledge and market changes.
