* How to estimate salaries and provide new employees .

1- Save all documents and files for employees and to be confidential

2- Review government departments concerned with employees affairs upon request

3- following all the instructions that written in the executive regulations of the saudi labor law

4- Scheduling employees vacations periodically

5- Scheduling salaries and wages of employees

6- Performance appraisal system for employees , bonuses and incentives

# Bonuses will be annual or every two years .

# Performance appraisal often will be every six months

7- Medical insurance of employees and his family

8- Supervising job applications for new employees .

9- Follow up maintenance contracts between the company and maintenance companies .
