Loss and Prevention Co-ordinator
Direct installation of covert surveillance equipment, such as security cameras.
Maintain documentation of all loss prevention activity.
Perform cash audits and deposit investigations to fully account for store cash.
Advise retail establishments on development of loss-investigation procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement to investigate and solve external theft or fraud cases.
Monitor and review paperwork procedures and systems to prevent error-related shortages.
Investigate or interview individuals suspected of shoplifting or internal theft.
Visit stores to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supervise surveillance, detection, or criminal processing related to theft and criminal cases.
Maximizing sales to meet and exceed store budgets.
Ensuring an effective and continuous space, stock and seasonal management.
Ensuring highest possible level of customer service.
Advising management on out of stock and slow selling items.
Maintaining highest possible standards of in store visual impact in conjunction with visual merchandising team.
Ensuring that store accurately carries out all loss prevention activities and improvement of staff awareness of stock loss issues.
Recommending areas of staff training need and requirements while develop sales staff capabilities.
Identifying individuals with potential within the store and allocating additional responsibilities.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in professional societies.
Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures at the store.
Cash/Customer Service Department
*Talking to customers to resolve their doubts and queries and giving them the right guidance.
*Manning the deposit/withdrawal counters i.e. play the part of a Single Window Operator.
*Being responsible for the accounts of the customer by verifying and signing pertinent documents, countersigning and clearing cheques and drafts.
*Working on documentation and back-office work like ledger maintenance, balance tallying, data entry and more.
*Marketing of financial products of the bank.
*Making customer calls for selling banking services, advisory services and cross-selling products of the bank inside and outside the bank premises.
*Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers at ends of shifts, and calculate daily transactions using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
*Enter customers' transactions into computers in order to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
*Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and microfilm photography.
