I holds a bachelor's degree, I have seven years of experience in various fields, starting as data analyst at Dallah Company then as a banker in Al-Riyad Bank, then as supervisor in logistics department at Ismail Abu Dawood Company finally I worked for Ghandour Company as an Operations Manager for two years, and later as sales manager for the West Region Until now.
My objective to work for challenging company which offers professional development and growth potential and further build upon my academic training and experience to benefit the employer and advance my career.

• Develop the account plan to maximize sales, distribution, coverage and visibility.
• Responsible for the efficient execution of the approved account plan.
• Review and update the guidelines for signing contracts and propose means to enhance negotiation to maximize the ROI in the account.
•Lead negotiations within the account.
•Support all Account Unit Managers & Supervisors to prepare effective presentations to improve their negotiation power.
•Maintains updated information & data base on the account.

The individual key role is in providing and building additional support to the National Sales Manager & all District Sales Managers on all business development aspects related to in house day to day work follow up & internal communication within the sales department & with other departments especially Logistics, Production & Finance.
• Work closely with logistic & production team to ensure that there is a congruent flow between what is forecast per week/month versus what is received in all branches warehouses.
• Work closely with the logistic team to insure that all deliveries are upon promised delivery date & insuring that each truck loading capacity is optimized to the maximum while generating orders to reduce logistic cost & to maximize sales.
• To coordinate all the facets of the Branches, supply chain (Customer Service ,
Demand Planning, and Distribution & Logistics) to deliver desired customer service levels at optimal distribution cost and ensure Customer Satisfaction. Ensure that stock to and from branch is done according to procedure and that the branch gets what it needs to service the customer base properly & on time.
• Insure that all daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting is providing on time to sales team & executive team. (Productivity reporting with few quality reports that focus on measuring success and weakness and provide analysis for course correction).
• Reports major problems and areas of non-compliance in order to ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the company's cars and trucks to make sure of proper maintenance cost.
• Responsible for Data entry and data analysis staff.

• Reports are sent the next day to me are analyzed and discussions with all sections
• meeting with the sales department to analyze the cause of the lack of product on the shelf it been selling the product to the customer
• meeting with the supply and demand to make sure a suitable plan for each product and the correct quantities upon import
• Meeting with warehouse management to discuss the best ways to provide spaces for products shipped in the best way
• meeting with the administration of supermarkets in the event of any problem and make sure of shipping the product from store customer to the shop
• Meeting with the company responsible for arranging the traffickers on the shelf
• At the end of each meeting is to define the problem and develop solutions and dates of implementation and the person responsible.
