Job Description:
Included But not limited:
• Oversee and direct construction project from conception to completion.
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Supervision of site works: Civil, Mechanical and Electrical works.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance. With building and safety regulations.
• Review the work progress daily basis.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Ensure that all site works & buildings works are in accordance with approved shop drawings.
• Ensure quality and quantities are adhered to as specified in BOQ .
• Negotiate With vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

Job Description:
• Lead group of engineering (civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical) engineers.
• Planning and coordinating the construction activities according to client’s specification.
• Manage and supervise, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ensures that all construction activities meet the required designs, specifications, standards and HSE requirements.
• Reporting progress of construction activities.
• Identify problematic design issues and recommend for alternative and cost effective re-design solutions.
• Ensure the construction schedule is maintained.
• Reports on variations to contractual agreements.
