1. Initiates policy, directs and coordinates human resource activities such as; employment, labor relations, benefits training and employee services.
2. Prepares and processes medical insurance, leave and flights allowance and housing; (in consultation with the Accountant)
3. Provides advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions for staff in conformity with school policy on employees
4. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
5. Schedules, organizes and participates in applicant interviews, and also keeps records of such interviews.

1. Provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the transportation program.
2. Works with various members of the central administration staff on problems of school importance, such as transportation of students.
3. Makes sure that the school vehicle is in good condition and ready to use at all times, and informs the Operations Manager about .servicing if needed.
4. Notifies the proper authority in case of mechanical failure or lateness.
5. Provided leadership in working toward a culture of partnership between Teachers and administrations staff.
6. Developed school campus safety plans and coordinated with community leaders in implementing them.

1. Follows up to obtain relevant certification from KSA institutions with statutory authority to do so.
2. Recommends remedial measures for any Health & Safety hazards identified through reports or memos to the mangement team, as dictated by the situation.
3. Recommends manpower resource requirements to the Principal, as well as training needs and professional development measures that shall enhance the efficient and effective functioning of the department
4. Prepares a budget for Health and Safety at the beginning of the academic year.
5. Determines the operational requirements of the Health & Safety plan.
