- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support

- Conducting the logistics part on SAP System with equipment mobilization in & out the base.
- Check loaded equipment to be as per loading note and stop the trip if necessary.
- Backload equipment to be checked and confirm that it’s as per backload sheet.
- Safety participation in all Expro tools.
- Ensure objectives set under Employee Development Plan are met.

- Actively comply with all applicable Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and processes. Promote HSE awareness; take responsibility and be accountable for own safety and safety of others. Demonstrate the personal application of HSE procedures in daily performance and always follow the 10 Safety House Rules.

- Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimized. If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.

- Monitor vehicle movements through the VDO tracking fleet system telematics.
- Ensure adherence to the JMP by the driver and crew as per the Operations Coordinators arrangements.
- Closing the JMPs on daily basis and continuous follow up on the journey as planned.
- Advise personnel about traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, and other hazards.

I am doing on job training with Air Arabia as a flight dispatcher and the training will be commenced with the training under the direct supervision of the manager
Dispatch Airarabia. The training covers various topics in rules and regulation of the airline which include
:
1- Flight planning and Aero data performance calculations.
2- Preparation of flight briefing packages for crew.
3- Flight monitoring and watching.
4- Abnormal Operations.
5- Flight Operations supportive tasks.
6- Post Flight folders.

- Ensuring all aircraft movement messages are correctly feed into operational system in order to
guaranty accurate information at any time to customers, airport authorities and Departments (actively
search info in case of missing)
- Calculation and proposition of ETD/ADVT if needed
- Contacting the Flight Crew for any purposes using HR radio
- Handle the emergency procedures and intiate together with DSM if needed Flight Filing
- Handling all of the station operations.
