الملخص

First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing me the chance to share with you some of my background. My name is Majid Maziyad As-Sumairan. I am 40 years old. I was born and raised in Riyadh. I have a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Public Relations and media. Additionally, I hold a High Diploma in the field of Business Administration. Further to this, I’ve taken a number of related academic and professional courses such as: Administrative Innovation in Organization, Planning and Coordination. Of particular interest was a course that I had taken highlighting the role that Social Media is to play in the current and future survival of corporate Saudi Arabia.

 Similarly, the course on E-Governance and its Applications in the Management of Executive Secretarial Work; Six Sigma Applications in Improving the Quality of Media; A course to help improve my English language communication skills in Houston, Texas, USA, A related computer course entitled Computer Applications Generations in Riyadh.

 My working experience consists of being assigned as a receptionist at the Intercontinental Hotel back in 1992. After that, I worked as an inspector for three years at Saudi Customs at King Khalid International Airport KKIA. I joined King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital (KKESH) in a variety of departments: as Team Leader in the Appointments Department, As a Protocol Officer in the Public Relations & Protocol Department; As an Acting Manager in the Administrative Department from 1997-2013. My last position as an employee was as a Public Relations Manager at Cannoli Company for Food Industry for one year. From 2013 until the present, I have been gainfully employed on a part-time basis, for my family-based company providing home decorations as the general manager.

 I truly feel that the aforementioned work experience, coupled with my academic background incentivizes me to apply for employment
 for any position in the field of Business Administration and in Public Relations and media. Additionally marketing and sales
