Responsible for Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure
productivity and minimal downtime
Oversee a workforce of 200+ employees in the manufacturing.
Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all
product lines.
Establish monthly and weekly production plan ,following up all
purchase orders for raw and packing materials with store manage.
Measure the efficiency of the entire manufacturing line including the
measurement of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for
filling and packaging lines
Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and
efficiency,without compromising product safety or integrity .
Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels.
Continuous follow-up of practices to ensure all production staff is
trained on safe food handling requirements include knowledge of
GMPs and HACCP.
Manage and guide all production coordinator and supervisors .

Responsibilities
Responsible for QA / QC, New product development and
research of existing products, Process development and
Production Supply chain.
Responsible for implementation and sustaining the GLP, GMP,
HACCP, SASO, ABWA, IBWA, Gulf and ISO standards to meet
the local and international product quality requirements
Looking after the local and international legislation to ensure the
compliance as per Quality, Food Safety, Product Development,
Business intelligence, Market expectation and customer
satisfaction.
To develop the close co-ordination with Suppliers / Vendors,
Customers, Co-Packers, Contractors and other third parties to
ensure the company standards and their compliance
Following up all R/D , microbiology, chemical , analysis
Developing and implementing quality policy

Responsibilities
Responsible for Inspect raw materials to ensure consistency and
integrity
Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices
Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately.
Manage our quality assurance division and ensure all employees
meet their required quotas
Provide training and support to QA team.
Calibration of laboratory devices.
Team follow-up and technical problem solving.
Product development under the supervision of Quality Manager.
Internal auditing of different departments

Responsibilities
Responsible for all chemical analysis.
Calibration all device in lab
Perform laboratory tests to produce chemicals according to
established standards and guidelines.
Handle laboratory equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
Document laboratory activities for reference purposes.
Monitor and report progress of analytical tests to Supervisor on a
regular basis.
Work with Supervisor to set objectives and milestones.
Ensure final product meets quality and customer specifications.
Maintain sufficient stock of chemicals and supplies to perform lab
experiments.
Ensure that materials are labeled properly and used in right
quantities.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all micro documentation in microbiology
lab.
Maintain micro programs in an audit ready state
Collect all micro samples for daily, weekly, monthly, - quarterly and
annual samples for inside and outside lab testing
Calibration of all microbiology laboratory equipment.
Test and troubleshoot Consumer Complaints as needed.
Participate in all required Microbiology Proficiency Testing
programs.
Inventory of Micro Lab.
Perform self-audits of the lab

Responsibilities
Responsible for microbiological analysis
Ensure implementation of protective equipment, safety at work, and
usage of calibrated equipment, glassware and standardize solutions
Conduct milk hygiene training sessions of lab supervision and main
center staff
Arrange calibration of lab equipment and provide chemical
analysis.
Develop supplier development programs, and conduct supplier
audits for continuous improvements
Define product releasing plan, keeping in view the performance of
machines and product behavior at different temperatures
