all-rounder, has experience of centrifugal pipe repair, industrial hydraulic power systems, bearings and industrial lubrication skills. I have

Duties;
Developing, testing and make modifications to mechanical equipment.
Assisting with Mechanical Installations.
Completing all duties according to applicable safety measures and published procedures.
Using screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches to troubleshoot and
repair complex equipment problems.
Assisting field technicians with diagnostic checks and symptom analysis.
Explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
Keeping an up to date inventory of mechanical tools.
Identifying malfunctions and then carrying out repairs.
Repairing or replacing defective equipment parts.

Interpreting test plans and procedures.

Duties;
• Perform tear down disassembly, and assembly of aircraft parts
• Assemble press – fit parts using Oven/liquid Nitrogen/Hydraulic press
• Read and interpret overhaul maintenance manuals to ensure repair accordingly, service bulletins, any related
documentation to determine feasibility and other methods of altering or repairing of the aircraft components
• Update work orders, review paper works inspect NDI parts, repair parts, Blend out corrosion on parts, polish
chrome area of landing gear tube, verify parts serial numbers, and request from stores required parts.
