Site Acquisition Manager (mobily L+1 Project) SAQ Manager 364 sites
Project Manager Role: 
• Manage & follow up sites acquisition, governmental permits,
And electrical work, for 364 sites in Riyadh
• Manage the contractor resources to achieve the plan target
• Coordinate between TX, RF and Civil parts with contractors to get
the suitable candidate technically and for cost
• Support the contractors on field for the problematic sites
• Customer interface for all SA & governmental related issues
• Decision maker on the project management team decision

Examining and evaluating the processes and financial applications and the health guidance and internal review and audit and accounting regulations and validate internal processes and account balances
• Preparing and reviewing monthly balances

• Planning and development of financial strategies and coordination and activation of the financial management and control within the work and direction.

• Develop and prepare all the supervision and other necessary operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and financial rules
• Documenting and explaining the differences used in budgets and how to calculate the numbers and results

• Help develop action plans to enable the company to achieve its goals. Full accounting services, including the preparation of the estimates, the annual budget and capital budget and final accounts. Develop and prepare all the supervision and other necessary operations to ensure compliance with legal requirements and financial rules

• Conduct and participate in the work of the company\'s estimated annual budget commensurate with development and improving the overall performance of the company
