Project Responsibilities:
• Responsible to submit employee vacation, Resignation and Termination
• Daily Timesheet submission through ORACLE
• Employee Overtime request
• Monthly/Quarterly Vacation Plan
• Iqama renewal requests / Passport update request
• Establishing and maintaining the project documentation
• Employee Assessment, Performance review, Increment requests
• Other Duties assigned by Project Manager and Admin Coordinator
Responsibilities in Head office:
• Passport update through Muqeem
• Collecting and dispatching Original passports from and to Projects as required
• Issuance of Exit reentry Visas through Muqeem and Jawazat
• Distribution of new Iqamas. Keeping records and solving queries regarding Iqamas
• Arrangements of Vacation Plan. Adding entitlements and submission to database.
• Secretarial functions, office duties and responsibilities
• Pre-Payroll for all the employees working in project
• Submission of request related to Employee’s Vacation/Transfer/Resignation through ERP
• Coordination with Regional office for Air ticket issuance/Exit & Exit reentry visa for employees.
• Provided advice to colleagues and Project Management on administrative matters
• Updating and maintaining Employee records
• Assisted other members of the HR department in various tasks with regards to scope of responsibilities
• Ensuring the project complies with standard legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance.
• Preparation of required paperwork and materials needed for daily activities/tasks.
