1. Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development of onsite construction work.
2. Reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from contractors and sub-contractor.
3. Implements quality control procedures and plans for providing more efficient construction work.
4. Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
5. Reviews and approves the sub-contractors' quality documentation and personnel .
6. Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
7. issues the relevant Quality Records and write to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
8. Check all civil technical activities at the site such as preparation of foundations , correct preparation of reinforcements , laboratory examination results and all concrete activities .
