• Overtime , Extra Duty Allowances, Reimbursements, Special Allowances.
• Deduction like Advance, Loans, Tax related, other.
• Also Supervising Attendance Acquired from Bio Attendance Machines.
• Also dealing with PESSI & EOBI related Matters.
• Deciding on a recruitment campaign start and closing dates.
• Dealing with matter related resignation and their FNF according to start and closing dates.
• Contacting job applicants and inviting them to interviews.
• Managing job application forms and letters.
• Carrying out reviews of employee performance.
• Making changes to employee records.
• Producing references for ex-employees who have requested them.
• Ensuring the integrity the HR database.
• Processing any direct and also speculative job applications.
• Conducting background checks on prospective new employees.
• Superb extensive knowledge about Computer Operating, Excel and Microsoft Office skills
