- Develop the collection plans by planning the daily distribution, routes, collectors vacations.
- Monitor the collection of funds from the stores through constant updates.
- Follow-up on the variance and pending reports through the system.
- Monitor the daily collection activities of the collectors through the daily collection reports.
- Monitor the collection from the remote areas through reviewing the collection reports.

• Fixed Assets Management
2. Main Duties & Responsibilities :
 Maintain daily general journal and General Ledger accounts
 Maintain A/P ( Account Payable )
 Maintain company Fixed Assets list and keep it updated
 Check on physical monthly closing inventory for each location.
 Filling accounting related documents
