 Familiar with Review as-built drawings (P&ID, Isometrics, GA’s, Tie-ins list, Supports Details, orientation drawings and vendor drawings)
 Piping spool check before erection on site.
 Coordination with Clint, PMC, Sub-contractors in meetings all pre-inspection meeting work at Daily, Weekly and monthly for proper updates.
 Monitoring the site fabrication of oil and water tank insure that work is as per latest drawings.
 Checking the dimension of plate and edge preparation for joint.

 Fully involved in the Inspection of site fabricated Oil and Water Storage tanks which includes Peaking & bending of installed shells, welding inspection, marking up for the nozzle orientation, vacuum box testing for the bottom plate & annular plate, Installation of roof plates and rafters ,pneumatic testing of roof plate & nozzle reinforcement pads.

 Monitoring and inspecting the prefabrication works by the contractors including the inspection of incoming materials, material handling, heat number transfer, Fit-up, welding activities, Post weld heat treatment (PWHT) of welding joints, hardness test, PMI (Positive material identification), reinforced pad test.
