1-Manage any amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
2-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls.
3-Follow communication “scripts or talk sheets ” when handling different topics or conversations.
4-Identify client’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
-teaching computer basics to students
