• Successfully implemented Oracle R12 Supply Chain Management Modules (Purchasing, Inventory) in Pannesma Company Ltd. and Atheeb Intergraph Saudi Company which includes Requisition, RFQ, Quotation, PO, Receiving, and Move Order Transactions. My duties include Business Process Re-Engineering (Existing & To be Process Flowcharts), define PR/PO Authority Matrix approval through AME, Inventory Organization Setup, Item Templates(Expense, Asset, Inventory Items), KFF/DFF setups, Workflow Mailer Setup, eBTax Setup for VAT, Forms Personalization, Integration with Oracle Financials module and Reports etc.
• Setup different Approval hierarchies using AME that depends on nature of PR/PO like Internal Requisition or Project Requisition, Item Category (IT, Non-IT) and PO Amount. Approvers are approving the PR/PO through Outlook Emails without login to the system.
• VAT implementation using eBTax (define Item and supplier level Tax rules) and develop VAT return report.
• Uploading Employees data, Jobs, Positions, Items, Item Categories, Assign Items to Org. using APIs and upload data in different value sets using API.
• Develop different Management Reports for SCM Module like Progress Status Summary report which shows complete link from PR to Invoice level, Bid Abstract Report for Quotations Comparison from different supplier, PO Supplier Wise Status report etc. Also generate group level combined reports based on data on multiple servers using DBLink.
• Developed customized reports for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 Financials Module (GL, AP, AR) in Atheeb Holding Group, Pannesma Company Ltd. and Atheeb Intergraph Saudi Company using Oracle Reports Builder and XML Publisher. Also Upload AP Invoices data using Data Loader, Setup automatic Document sequence numbering in GL, AP, AR based on category and provide daily support to end users.
