 Perform inspections of purchased parts, sub-assemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, Civil measurements.
 Rework or reject sub-assemblies or finished products as required.
 Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
 Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.
 Maintain all controlled documents files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
 Coordinate calibration of all test equipment and fixtures
 Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.
 Participate in the construction and/or revision of SOPs for the inspection function.
 Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.
 Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.
 Work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures.
 Perform review of Device History Records and other documentation for compliance to established procedures.
 Estimating materials requirement for all types of buildings and roads.
 Estimation of material required for the project i.e. preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQs).
 Capable of Drawing reading, designing and amendments B & R (Plane cross section and elevation), coordinating with team members on requirements.
 Verification of Inter-Payment Claim (IPC).
 Designing of 2D and 3D Maps using AutoCAD
 Material Testing Soil, Aggregate, Cement, Concrete, Bitumen, and Steel.
 Checking labor attendance and preparing overtime and payment claim.
 Complete knowledge of civil drawings and maps.
 Study the project in terms of engineering design and check its validity on specifications.

 Site supervision of all the works regarding civil engineering
 Perform equipment testing check.
 Coordination with other departments (Electrical, mechanical architecture in the line of project.
 Work under Pressure and in emergency conditions.
 Attending acceptance with client and fulfill their requirements.
 Preparation of bill of quantities, financial effects and interim payment certificates.
 Close monitoring of work at site & progress, Controlling of manpower and material wastage.
 Calculation of all type of quantity and quality control of material using the development of infrastructure such as road and water supply sewage and drainage work.
 Supervise and monitor the excavation work.
 Verification of Inter Payment Claims
 Calculation all types of Quantities control of materials used in the development of infrastructure such as Road, water supply, sewerage & drainage works.
