 Explaining and viewing building facilities for new and expected residents.
 Facilitate resident’sentry, issue move in form, send details to the main gate and confirm arrival smoothly.
 Activate access cards in system for new and existing residents.
 Receive complaints from residents classify it , sent to the right person and make sure its rectified correctly through confirm with resident he/she is satisfied.
 Communicate with residentsorally and through intercom system to know and explore their current and expectedneeds and keep up to exceed their expectations.
 Inspect all the building to discover problems and failures and make sure all sub-contractors are doing their tasks.
