Conducts daily safety evaluation and inspection on all the project sites located in Western Region, KSA.
Advising project Managers and Supervisors on the implementation of safety procedures.
Monitor new employees and conduct safety awareness.
Conduct Investigation of all accidents, incident / Near misses / to find the root Causes and recommends corrective actions, if any.
Make necessary risks assessment/job hazard analysis in the workplace if needed.
Assist facilities in complying with all safety and health regulation and company’s guideline.
Attending HSE Meetings and provide technical support related to HSE issues.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Company Safety Plans.
Conducted HSE Audit of Site/Camp and issue site instruction and NCR & IR to contractor for improving the site water tank.
Prepare Technical reports on the basses of submittals from contractor such as method statement, risk assessment, site lay out plan etc.
Position is responsible to provide safety consulting services to clients.
Accountable to recognize, monitor and make recommendations to ensure that workplace safety hazards are corrected through on-site audits, consulting, ergonomic assessments and interventions according to OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
Responsible for document the hazard analysis process, hazard identification, exposure assessment and controls. Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work plan. Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
Exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts.
Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.
Ensure Enforce site safety plan on scene. Use site safety enforcement log and ensure completion in time for updating new site safety plan for next operational period. Terminate all imminently dangerous operations immediately.
