1. Comprehensive knowledge of fixed wing performance, flight mechanics, stability and sound control

7. Perform overall coordination of technical issues received from Line Station on phone call or email on daily routine basis.
8. Performs ADHOC troubleshooting support to line engineers and flight crew, by coordinating with Line stations all defects, NRs, MEL, deferred defect are evaluated, actioned and rectified in a timely manner
9. Perform history check of defect for every defect reported to ensure best corrective action were taken to rectify defects. Deficiencies noted are corrected in approved manner with intimation to management.
10. Ensures an effective and consistence technical approach is being adopted to ensure that the aircraft are returned to service within agreed flying program.
11. update Fleet Support Engineer, Sr Manager Maintenance & D/EM, about AOGs / Technical delays / defects of each Aircraft including swap over of Aircraft in view of workload planning as and when required
12. In case of AOG at base or line station, Maintenance Controller will assist Duty Engineer. Technical .
13. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirement.

1. Be responsible for Aircraft functional checks, general inspection of avionics equipment and
related system of Aircraft under the direct supervision of appropriate AME.
2. Perform all maintenance under supervision of appropriate AME and carry out periodic
checks on aircraft Avionics system as per appropriate Maintenance Manual.
3. Maintain, under supervision of the concerned Engineer, all aircraft wiring plugs, antennas
and will check them for condition, and serviceability. This will include carrying out minor
repairs/ replacements as per maintenance manual.
4. Assist the concerned engineer in making necessary spares demand list and will also
coordinate operational checks on electrical, instrument and radio/ radar equipment as and
when required.
5. Assist the concerned Engineer in carrying out maintenance on the aircraft and related
equipment / systems.
6. Record all maintenance activity and bring into notice of the Manager / Shift Engineer.
7. Familiarize himself to get access to aircraft manuals through AirN@v.
8. Perform any other assignment by management as and when required.

• Aircraft Ground Handling services , Aircraft cockpit and Cabin lights Checks
• Perform Weekly, Daily and transient Checks as per AMM Airbus A318/ A319/A320/A321
• Perform all maintenance under supervision of concerned Engineer and carry out checks on aircraft avionics system as per appropriate Maintenance Manual.
