I learned many things while working in different sector. Some of the skills that impacted my personality I gained team working during my work as a call center at Aramex for logistical services, and I got enough information about the system and how it works to communicate with customers to handle complains. Also, I got other skill working in Aldeyafah Group as a recipient that helped me to solve problems in business community such as following up files and, making appointments with clients. That impacted me to choose my major due to solving problem and innovate new ideas helps me to observe the business environment through my career in different sectors

• Monitoring and auditing to ensure high standers of quality.
• Provide daily and monthly report to managers on performance.
• Keeping quality documentation up to date.
• Responsible for the review and update of the programme quality plans.
• Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out.
