My tasks were incloding Collecting training needs from the annual appraisal of the colleagues, assessments, dealing with training providers, putting training plans – it was exceeds 800,000 LE. -, estimating training budget, evaluating training programs and trainees plus supporting the rest of HR dept. Sections, all of this procedures were runing according to the ISO rules and were handling by a databsase of mine.
