• Reporting to the warehouse manager and Site Construction manager
• Always following the updated reports of materials received and delivered
• Responsible for preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports
• Responsible for using advanced ERP Application tool Build Smart for preparing GRN (Goods receiving notes) and issuing material for site construction.
• Responsible for material inventory when received at site in order to match with approved client material.
• Responsible for maintain all records of material’s in order to arrange audit in warehouse 6 months and end of year bases.

• Reporting to the higher management controlling all branch members.
• Make and fulfill all demands of the branch.

• Full fill customer requirements.
• Prepare monthly income statement and daily income and expenditure records.

• Receiving goods according to the purchase order of the company.
• Issuing the material through company process site request

• Prepare the PR for store material and controlling the stock
• Audit to the warehouse annual bases.
