• Ensuring that proper maintenance is performed on equipment.
• Achieved running and testing efficiency of reverse osmosis and other units.
• Gained experience in discovering and solving problems of laboratory equipment.
• Writing a full laboratory manual for laboratory equipment.
• Requesting and obtaining specialist components, fixtures. • Monitor and control maintenance costs
• Diagnosing faults.
• Observe local instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to standard operating practice.
• Start and stop pumps, compressors and other equipment based on the direction from the panel operator.
• Ensures that the equipment is operating normally and that no unusual conditions exist.
• Receiving firefighting training program preparing for emergency.
• Collect samples of various streams and delivers them to the laboratory.
• Gained experience in controlling of process throughout control system.
• Organizing my time on tasks that were assigned to me.
• As a team we discover a leak inside the plant and help repair it.
