• Monitor performance of Customer Service Representatives to ensure technical accuracy, demeanor, and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer services.
• Provide developmental support for junior staff including individual coaching and mentoring, in order to maximize their confidence, competence, and commitment.
• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
• Analyze statistics and provide management team with KPI’s that will assist with efficiency, scheduling, etc.
• Inspect and verify customers documentation.
• Ensure customer service understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies.
• Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
• Assist customers as needed through arrival and check in processes including support for passengers with special requirements such as VIP customers and customers needing wheelchair assistance.
• Keep customers informed and makes announcements to ensure important information is communicated about their itineraries, flights and luggage.
• Operate computers and specialist equipment such as air-bridge, scanners and airline specific software.
• Train new employees on application processing policies and practice.
• Other duties as assigned.
