Responsibilities:
·        Planning, designing, execution, coordination and troubleshooting the integrated security systems (ISS); i.e. CCTV and VCA cameras.
·        Designing and execution of Unified Communication Systems (UCS), i.e. Intercommunication devices (Intercoms & HCPs) and Public Information Display (PIDs).
·        Zones management, with a team of more than 4 Engineers, 5 Supervisors, 4 Foremen and 80 technicians.
·        Supervision of site engineers and specialized teams in execution of the services.
·        Direct coordination with the main contractor and other subcontractors.
·        Designing of shop drawings, proposals and As-built.
·        Presentations and Meetings with Higher Management for site progress and approvals.
·        Installation of Cabinets, Fiber ODFs, UTP Patch-Panels and CISCO switches along with Fiber execution, UTP cabling (its termination, labeling and testing).
·        Installation of TETRA (Radio System) with 1st, 2nd and 3rd Fixes.
·        Route proposals of Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and its implementation.
·        Creating documentation like MIR, WIR and submission plans.
·        Testing, Survey and Reports for time to time activities.

Projects:
 
1.      Zain Cisco-Routers-IOS-Upgradation
Responsiblities:
·        Upgrading the IOS of cisco 7600 series router located at Zain sites in different regions of the kingdom.
·        Used the Secure-CRT app to backup and reload configuration and to install the IOS.
·        IOS upgrade for redundant router as well.
·        Replace the corrupted card of the router, if any impact due to the process of IOS upgrading.


·        Backup and restoration of configuration file.
·        Updating the NOC team.
·        Sometimes taking online cisco support for complex configuration like MPLS etc.
·        Making complete documentation for each site and maintain the log files.

2.      King Saud University I.T Infrastructure
Responsiblities:
·        Technical Support on the site for technicians, supervisors and project Engineers.
·        Supervision for the technicians in UTP cabling, termination, labeling and testing.
·        Direct coordination with the client and reporting.
·        Nodes designing in AutoCAD and labeling.
·        Submission of the building as-built with Fluke-Test Reports.
·        Creating documentation like labeling and submission plans.

·        Technical Support on the site for technicians, supervisors and project Engineers.
·        Installation of CCTV, Access-Control and Intercom systems.
·        Supervision for the technicians in UTP cabling, termination, labeling and testing.
·        Direct coordination with the client and reporting.
·        Submission of the building as-built with Fluke-Test Reports.
·        Creating documentation like labeling and submission plans.
·        Consultation of the projects with gathering client requirements.
·        Presentation for the solution and services.
·        Creating the base-line of proposed solution as quoted.
·        Implementation of Solution with installation and configuration of multi-vendor devices and with respect to the requirement. Cisco, Linksys, 3com for networking. Dome and CCTV cameras for Security Solution.
·        Testing and Documenting.

·        Design the topology Diagram for clients and employee users.
·        Installation and Configurations of MS-Windows, MS-office and Drivers.
·        Manage Modems, Routers, Switches and remote-access devices.
