6- المشاركة في أعمال الجرد الدورية
7- مطابقة الصرف للمشاريع بالمستخلصات المعتمدة لكل مشروع

1- Management of spare parts, raw materials, maintenance, equipment and cars stores.
2- Maintain inventory rates to match the procurement of public sector projects
3- Make orders and provide monthly project needs
4- Preparing reports for the company with the balances, needs and turnover rates of the items
5- Preparation of reports to government supervisors on stocks, supplies, supply rates and execution rates
6- Participate in periodic inventory physical count.
7- Conformity of drainage to projects with the approved conclusions for each project

3- عمل الطلبيات واصدار أوامر الشراء للخامات المحلى والمستورد ومتابعة جدول تسلمها

5- مطابقة أوامر البيع مع سجلات التسليم ومطابقتها مع العملاء

1- Management of raw materials and products stores.
2- Inventory tracking and identification of requirements
3- Make orders and issue purchase orders for local and imported materials and follow up the receipt schedule.
4- Follow-up sales orders in terms of processing quantities in time and delivery of orders.
5- Match sales orders with delivery records and match them with customers.
6- Preparation of periodic reports
7- Participate in periodic inventory physical count.

2- عمل خطط الطلبيات الشهرية و السنوية للمنتج التام و قطع الغيار وعمل جداول زمنية للاستلام و التسليم
3- عمل الطلبيات الشهرية ومتابعة الاستلام ومتابعة النواقص حتى توفيرها
4- إدارة مخزون الفروع وتوزيع المخزون حسب الاحتياج والخطط المعتمدة وحدود المخزون
5- تحديد حدود المخزون حسب سياسة المنشأة ( الحد الادنى – الحد الاقصى – حد الطلب )
6- تحديد الطلبيات من الأصناف المحلية والمستوردة والبحث مع إدارة الدعم الفني في بدائل الأصناف الغير متوفرة
7- توجيه امناء المخازن نحو الاهداف المخططة وتثقيفهم بكل ما هو جديد
8- الاشراف على عمليات التخزين وحالة المخزون وطرق التخزين وعمليات الاستلام والصرف
9- عمل تقارير دورية بالأعمال والانجازات والنقص فالتوريد وتغطية احتياجات الفروع
10- المشاركة فى عمليات الجرد الدورية و السنوية



1-Management of spare parts, complete production, returns and damage stores.
2- Make monthly and annual demand plans for the complete product, spare parts and schedules for Receiving and delivery.
3-Make monthly demand and follow up receipt and deficiencies until they are provided.
4- Manage the stock of branches and distribute stocks according to needs, approved plans and inventory limits.
5- Determining the inventory limits according to the company policy (minimum limit – maximum limit - demand limit)
6- Identification of orders of local and imported items and research with the department of Technical Support in the alternatives of varieties to fill the deficit or delayed supply of some items
7- Directing the warehouse keepers towards the planned goals and educating them about everything that is new
8- Overseeing storage operations, inventory status, storage methods, receiving and discharging processes.
9-Periodic reports on work, achievements, shortages, supply and coverage of branches needs
10- Participate in periodic and annual inventories physical count

3- متابعة احتياجات المبيعات لتوزيع المخزون بين الفروع و الموزعين
4- إدارة حركة السيارات و الموديلات المختلفة بين الفروع
5- المتابعة مع مسئولي الإفراج الجمركي وعمل خطة للرصيد المتوقع زمنيا
6- عمل التقارير الشهرية بحركة السيارات و المبيعات
7- المشاركة فى عمليات الجرد الشهرية و الدورية و السنوية

3- Follow-up sales needs to distribute stocks between branches and distributors.
4- Managing the movement of cars and different models between branches.
5- Follow-up with officials of customs clearance and make a plan of expected stock.
6- Make monthly reports on movement and sales.
7- Participate in monthly, periodic and annual inventories physical count.
