Interning in supply chain Departments
-To make contract (PO),APO, Inbound and shipment on SAP.
-Ecosma registration in SFDA( Supplier & product).
- Documentation to clear the shipment
- physical inventory in Warehouse
Responsible for day to day management of people with in the warehouse function
Assist the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast moving environment.
Receiving materials from Suppliers/ Sites and inspect all incoming materials,
Issue materials to sites/ projects as request from authority,
keep the warehouse clean and clear of obstacles,
arranging materials such as each item has certain place,
wright name and code for all items to be clear,
isolated the scrap at separate area
Reporting for nonmoving and slow-motion items.
Follow up reserved materials, reply on stock confirmation
Preparing any needed report.
Receives and store documents and confidential files.
