I have recently graduated from human resources management. have a 3 month experience form coop training and i did a lot of voluntary works in university. i also like to work, helping people and to develop myself and others. Finally, i want to be an irreplaceable asset to my company as i grow with it and make it a better place for its employees.
I was trained in coop training to be a recruiter officer and to be an employees relations officer. I was responsible for acquiring resumes and scanning them, contacting applicants,setting interviews and selecting candidates after that entering them in SAP system as new employees.I was also responsible to document and record the whole recruiting process.
