Job Profile:
Site Execution of work according to the drawings and specification, coordinating with QA/QC department & Electro-Mechanical Team and consultant as well.

Some of the other responsibilities are as follows:

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for the consultant and client.
• Conducting meetings with the subcontractors& suppliers.
• Co-ordinate with the Mechanical & Electrical department to maximize the output with in time frame.
• Prepare material stacking & material delivery Schedule.
• Following up with the consultant for the material & inspection approval under the guidance of the QC.
• Supervising a team of 7 foremen & surveyor.
• Monitoring Excavation, dewatering, backfilling and compaction works.
• Scheduling of Soil Compaction Test and Termite Control.
• Assisting Steel fixer foreman with cut and bend list of reinforcement as per the drawings.
• Inspecting shoring prior to final inspection by the QC and Consultant.
• Estimation of Concrete quantities, booking for pouring & coordinating with the batching plant.
• Carrying out slump and temperature test with the technician.
• Preparing the location, access to the concrete pump prior to the scheduled pouring.
• Supervising Steel Structure erection, PEBs and other related activities.
• Ensure work execution is carried out in a safe manner complying with the current HSE requirements.

Construction of a Commercial 6 Storey Apartments.

• Supervising project.
• Ensuring safe working procedures are followed during execution.
• Ensuring correct work processes are implemented and work completed as per specifications
• Preparing daily and weekly reports
• Procurement of materials/estimation of quantities required.
• Working on major foundations, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed concrete

• Identifying technical concerns and attaining solutions under the guidance of the Site Engineer.
• Maintaining daily activity, material and manpower logbook to keep track with the progress and for future reference.
• Communicating with foremen to ensure good progress of the project is maintained.
• Ensuring safe working procedures are followed during execution.
