- Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
Professional Certification: Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license or any other recognized certification (e.g., LEED, PE license, etc.).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and engineering, with a proven track record in commercial or residential projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural design software.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Codes, local regulations, and construction standards.
ARABS with Arabic Speakers (preferred).
Strong project management and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in architectural design software | 3ds Max, SketchUp.
- Preference for experience with | Lumion.
- Proficient in drafting and modeling software | AutoCAD, Revit.
- Ability to prepare shop drawings and architectural details.
- Ability to prepare coordinated drawings between different disciplines.
- Ability to prepare presentations and 3D visualizations.
- Ability to prepare quantity schedules and architectural specifications.
- Familiarity with Saudi and American codes and architectural standards.
