Your Impact:
As an OTA Agent at Livedin, you'll play a pivotal role in leveraging online travel agency platforms to promote our network of vacation rentals. Your responsibilities include cultivating relationships with OTA partners, optimizing property listings, and driving booking opportunities.
Your Daily Hustle:
OTA Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with OTA partners to enhance property visibility and drive bookings.
Listing Optimization: Ensure property listings on OTA platforms are compelling, accurate, and aligned with Livedin's branding and standards.
Booking Conversion: Utilize OTA platforms efficiently to maximize booking conversions and revenue generation.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze OTA performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the commercial and support teams to align OTA strategies with broader business objectives.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on OTA performance and achievements.
Your Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in working with OTA platforms or within the travel industry.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to changing OTA platform algorithms and optimize property listings accordingly.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in utilizing OTA platforms and CRM systems.
