We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Structural Foreman to oversee and manage site erection works for steel structure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in steel structure erection, fabrication, and site supervision, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead site erection teams for steel structure projects.
Ensure daily site activities are executed as per project plans and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
Review drawings, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance on-site.
Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure erection and supervision.
Strong knowledge of structural drawings, fabrication, and erection works.
Ability to lead a team and handle manpower effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
