We are currently actively searching for a Public Relations Officer to join our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have minimum 2 years experience in a PRO role. Saudi nationals only.
Job Description
- Process Labour and Iqama residence permit for our employees in Saudi Arabia
- Liaise with Government entities on behalf of of the company to attain the necessary Government approvals and aid ongoing requirements for daily operations and ensure compliance at all times.
- Maintain and update employee records [Passports / visas / Labour Contracts / Iqama and track expiry dates to ensure timely renewal.
- Maintain and update all company official documents [trade licence and other government documents] to ensure timely renewal.
- Assist with the renewal of Company Insurance, office lease, phone services and other operational requirements.
- Ensure that the company is up to date with all Government rules changes pertaining to the operation of the organisation.
- Liaise with the General Authority of Zakat & Tax and local banks on behalf of the Finance department.
